We collected the questions that actually arrive on our WhatsApp (not the ones companies wish were asked) and answered them the way we answer customers: short, concrete and honest. Anything that depends on the vehicle class or the season is always shown to you in writing before you confirm.

Booking & Delivery

How far in advance should I book in high season?

In July and August, and around public holidays, a few days to a week ahead gives you the full choice of vehicles. Last-minute requests often still work; we just cannot promise the exact model class you had in mind.

Can I change the vehicle type after booking?

Yes. Message us and we swap you to another class, subject to availability. The earlier you write, the more options we have; any price difference is shown before you agree.

Do you deliver on Sundays and public holidays?

Yes. We work every day of the week, including Sundays and holidays, from 08:00 to 20:00, delivery and pickup both.

What information do you need to confirm a booking?

Four things: your dates, the delivery address or area, the vehicle type you want, and a name with a WhatsApp number. Documents are only checked later, at handover. You do not need to send anything to reserve.

Can I rent several vehicles at once for a group?

Yes, and it happens often: a car for the family plus scooters for the teenagers, or a pair of UTVs for friends. Send the full wish list with your dates; in high season the earlier we know, the better we can line everything up.

Can delivery and return be at different addresses?

Yes, within our service area: Mahmutlar, Kargıcak, Alanya center, Oba, Tosmur, Kestel and Gazipaşa Airport. Agree both points when you book and we plan around them.

Documents & Drivers

Do you need a copy of my passport?

Bring the original passport to handover; it is checked and recorded for the rental agreement there. You do not need to send copies in advance to book.

Is the minimum age the same for every vehicle?

No. Age and licence-experience requirements differ by vehicle class. The exact conditions for the vehicle you choose are shown before you confirm, so check them there or simply ask us.

Can tourists visiting on an e-visa rent a vehicle?

Yes. What matters is a passport and a valid driving licence; your visa type is not an obstacle. Thousands of guests on tourist visas rent from us every season.

Do e-bikes and e-scooters require a driving licence?

No, no licence is needed for e-bikes or e-scooters. We still recommend a helmet, especially on the coastal road, and we can provide one on request.

Do I need to carry documents while driving?

Yes: keep your driving licence, passport and the rental contract with the vehicle. Traffic police checks on the coast are routine and calm; with the documents at hand they take a minute.

What licence do I need for an ATV, UTV or buggy?

It depends on the specific vehicle, so tell us which one you want and we confirm the exact requirement before you book. One rule is universal: helmet, glasses and gloves are mandatory, and we provide them.

Vehicles & Equipment

Are helmets and riding gear included?

Yes. For scooters, motorcycles and ATV/UTVs, a helmet, glasses and gloves are legally required in Turkey; we provide them with the rental and wearing them is not optional.

What is the range of an e-bike or e-scooter on one charge?

It depends on the model, the terrain and the rider, so ask us about the exact vehicle you are considering. As a rule of thumb, a full overnight charge comfortably covers a normal day around town.

Do you have cars with automatic transmission?

Yes, both manual and automatic cars are available. Say your preference when you book; automatics are the first to go in high season, so mention it early.

Are your vehicles suitable for the mountain roads around Alanya?

On paved mountain roads (Dim valley, the Taurus villages), a normal car does fine. For rough forest and gravel tracks take a UTV; that is exactly what they are built for. Tell us where you plan to go and we recommend honestly.

Can two people ride one scooter?

Yes, if the scooter has a passenger seat (most of ours do) and both riders wear helmets, which we provide. For two adults and Alanya's hills, a 125cc is noticeably more comfortable than a 50cc.

Which vehicle do you recommend for everyday use in Alanya?

For short solo trips in town, a scooter or e-bike: parking stops being a topic. For families, supermarket runs and airport days, an economy car is the workhorse. Tell us how you will actually use it and we advise like we would a neighbour.

Payments & Terms

How is the rental price calculated?

Days multiplied by the daily rate for the vehicle class and season. With weekly and monthly rentals the effective daily price drops clearly. You always see the total in writing before you confirm; there are no hidden extras on top.

Which currencies do you accept?

Payment is in cash, and we accept euros, US dollars, Turkish lira and British pounds (EUR, USD, TRY, GBP). The amount and currency are fixed in writing at booking, so there is no recalculating at the door.

Do prices change during high season?

Yes, like everywhere on the coast, summer demand raises rates. Two things help: book earlier, and remember that a price confirmed at booking stays fixed for your rental, whatever the season does afterwards.

Is there a kilometre limit?

It depends on the tariff and rental length. If a limit applies to your booking, it is shown before you confirm, and for normal coastal driving between Alanya and Gazipaşa, limits are rarely something guests ever notice.

What happens if I return the vehicle earlier than planned?

Message us as soon as your plans change and we agree the new return time. How unused days are handled is part of the conditions shown at booking, so you know the answer before it ever matters.

Do you provide an invoice or receipt?

Yes. Ask at booking or at handover and you receive proper documentation for your records. That also covers company rentals; tell us the details you need on the paperwork.
